At 10 a.m., players clicked a "Reserve Tickets" button, which added them to a temporary waitlist for entry. The yearning for a pass to the Marriott Long Wharf in Boston, MA, where the World Championship will be hosted from Nov. 13-15, 2026, was insatiable.
While the final tally of players who were fast enough on the draw to secure their ticket is unknown at the time of this article's publication, what is certain is that the pinnacle tournament of the game already has extraordinary clout.
