EternalDurdles.com is where eternal Magic: The Gathering (MTG) written content lives! Additionally, we've added Sorcery: Contested Realm (SCR) written content!

For many MTG players who specialize in the Legacy format (or Type 1.5 for the OGs), there was a reliable go-to place for written content. The olden days had MTG The Source and The Dojo. There was an era of meta-specific articles on StarCityGames.com when its Open Series featured competitive Legacy tournaments. ChannelFireball.com featured written work from pro players when Wizards of the Coast (WotC) ran Legacy Grands Prix.

While there is a Legacy page on MTGGoldfish.com, which features roundtables and meta breakdowns by Joe Dyer, the closest dedicated site for written eternal MTG content, other than Eternal Durdles, is MinMaxBlog, run by Legacy players Max Gilmore and Minhajul Hoq. All of them do great work.

Outside of these, Legacy and other eternal MTG content is mostly video-based on YouTube and Twitch. The same is true for Vintage. Premodern has the most community-driven support, primarily via MTGBanding run by Phil Nguyen.
